Super slow service. Staff talks rudely. They will tell some rate on phone and provide even higher rates without confirming. Takes hidden charges. Should go for better providers

The Staff is polite, well behaved and helpful. Guided a lot in my my mom's first international tour. The only pain in ass is finding the office via the parking lot of the HDFC Bank building.

I am a future MBBS student going abroad and needed dollars for my journey. Mr. Hemanga Das guided me well, and the staff at Thomas Cook, Christian Basti, were very polite and helpful. The process was smooth, they gave me a proper money receipt, and even offered tea/coffee. Overall, a very good experience and highly recommended for currency exchange.

Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service I had a frustrating experience while trying to collect currency for an international trip. We completed the exchange process online and were explicitly told to reach the office before 5:30 PM to collect the cash. We arrived at 4 PM—well within the timeframe—only to be made to wait for over an hour. Even worse, the staff showed little regard for our time and simply told us to wait another 30 minutes, with no apology or explanation. The entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional. For something as important and time-sensitive as currency exchange before international travel, this kind of delay and attitude is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone who values their time or expects even basic customer service.
