It's located in the GS road near the Hotel Grandeur. To reach the office enter the passage to Hotel Grandeur and take left. It's in the 2nd floor and lift is available. The staff are good. At the entrance you need to write your information.

I took a policy of Term Insurance, the company suspended my policy without any SCN, inspite of many calls to the office no action taken. Think twice before taking TATA policy when you have other options.

The behaviour was very good and polite with customers. They solved my problem and understood my situation also very well. You can open any policy easily with less paper work.

Staff behaviour was not good...very rude... And also they were lack of their product knowledge. I went to surrender a policy,they said it is not possible before 1 year is over. But customer care said it could be surrendered. Finally i got my job done from another Centre at Siliguri.
