I went for hair spa and hair cut which was taken care of by Sahil. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He recommends the perfect services without being pushy. He is also very good with styling the hair as per the needs of the client. Being someone with thin hair, he gave me a very good layer cut with volume. The front desk is also very prompt and polite in service.

Recently, I had a disappointing pedicure experience at Looks, and I was honestly not very happy at that time. However, I truly appreciate the way the team handled it afterwards. They took my concern seriously, and the way they responded really helped rebuild my trust. I visited again recently with my husband, and this time the experience was completely different, in the best way.
