Chartered Bus – Guwahati Bus & Parcel Booking Office

Recently travelled from Dibrugarh to nagaon. Absolutely no complaint with chartered as always one of the top notch bus service in this route starting from their well trained staff and their behaviour,proper uniform, hygienic rest stop,top class ac,minimal soft interior,good chunky semi sleeper seats equipped with safety and before time arrival... Don't know why people always runs for only fancy lights and customised interior compromising the safety... Proper professional service always with the chartered bus...not any paid promotion or collaboration genuinely liked the service across all the routs of assam.

Best service between Jorhat -> guwahati bus service.also I suggest please book bus ticket from "chartered bus" app/website (it showing less amount then other's app/website).

Very disappointing experience. I accidentally booked the ticket for the wrong date. As soon as I noticed the mistake, I immediately contacted the Chartered Bus team and requested to reschedule the travel. Despite informing them right away, my request was denied. I did not travel at all, yet ₹830 for two tickets was fully charged with no support or solution offered. This shows a lack of customer care and flexibility. I would not recommend this service due to their rigid policy and poor handling of genuine issues. Might they look for this opportunity not to refund....

Traveling from Dibrugarh to Guwahati I will say this was my worst experience yet. Won't ever travel or bring cargo in this company. Damaged my cargo (bike) and they act as if nothing was wrong. They charge way more than other services and provide very poor and inexperienced service quality.

I traveled on 06/09/2025 from guwahati to sivsagar. It was very safe and comfortable journey. Mini ISBT Khanapara was bording point and boarded on time. Rest point was very clean and hygiene. Reached sivsagar before time. Staff's behaviour was gentle. Multi axle volvo.

Shillong to Siliguri bus drivers are very rude don't know how to behave.They think they are only the powerful staff in bus line. Don't know how to talk with others worst service

I had to say the chartered bus travelling from nagaon bypass to somewhere along NH27 was honking continuously even though I was on my right side of the way and almost riding in the shoulder area of the path. Of course the driver was in a hurry. But does that mean you would likely to kill anything that gets in your way ? A few kms later I noticed there is a dog got killed by some fast moving vehicle. It may be your chartered bus or eles's, but the way this driver was driving was not appreciable at all. Please drive safe and us drive secure on the road
