Very bed experience today Bus No. MC 1947 Guwahti to Jorhat time 11:30 (13/07/2025)..AC not working seat are very dirty ...cleanness zero..I calld the owner of the bus bus 7 times ..but no positive responce from them...and everytime cut my call ..

Horrific transport company. In redbus they show Bharatbenz and take fare accordingly but at the time of boarding they provide their ordinary bus. Horrific bus. This is not one time I have faced such issues. Multiple time this has happened. This has happened even with my friends. On the day of traveling foreign tourist was also traveling. What would they have thought of Assam transportation service. One should not betray with their customers like this.

Hey! The owner of Trishul travels.. Your bus sucks and so is your bus staffs. They are rude and don't have any dignity. This my worst bus journey experience ever faced. Atleast repair or replace the basic parts of the bus for the convenience of the passenger.

I had a very bad experience today traveling from Guwahati to Jorhat by 12pm a/c bus bearing registration no. 8884. I had booked my tickets online for seat no.16 on reaching it was already given it to someone else. Then I was made to sit from where the a/c water was leaking which kept dripping on my head and the seats where completely wet. Tried calling up to make a complain all the phone numbers are given wrong. This is the kind of service you people provide. Same on you and your bus services. Please take some strong action against such so called conductors who make the life of travelers miserable.

I've booked a bus from make my trip on 27th April 2021 and booking was successful but the bus operators didn't give me any response i tried lots of calls but Atlast one of them picked up my call and tell me that he is not a bus operator though it's showing trishul travels in coustomer care. And it's 14th April 21 but i didn't receive any refund. Or no response from bus operators and from make my trip

I have made a ticket on AC bus from isbt ghy to jorhat town and the bus departure time was 11.30am. The passenger reached early as she travelled from bangalore so she reported by 9.30am. When she returned to counter by 11.15am for the bus the agent named Rakesh of trishul counter near balaji temple ghy started shouting at her that bus is not at good condition so we will return you AC charge and will give you NON AC bus. But as per my ethics this is not a good support when you guys dont have the bus available you could have informed the passenger before itself as she has been waiting for such a long time. Next when she asked for full payment refund the person refused to give back and he told there is a AC bus available at 12.30pm but its of different counter. According to me when you know that there is a different bus then why did you returned the AC charge and given NON AC bus ticket. When customer is ready to pay for AC then why you guys are doing bullshits**. Lastly I called a number one of the person from bus counter received my call when I told of the issue he is not letting me to speak. When I have called for my query why are you interrupting on my talks. This is really not a good service.

I am travelling by a Trishul Travel Bus (No-1547) from Jorhat to Guwahati. Fuel was exhausted at Sonapur . The Handyman bought fuel in Gallon. We , passengers have to push the Bus for a l9ng time to restart it. It is a harrowing experience and first if it's kind. Technical problem is OK, but due to fuel shortage, we are stranded. This kind of service is unpardonable.

@trishul travel service this is my first time that I am traveling with you (Bus No- AS-01 PC 4807) and I am very sorry it's my worst journey ever bcoz the behaviour of your staff is not good this how you give service to your passengers I ask them that I want to pee while crossing the raha toll plaza and they stopped the bus at Jorabaat and they said we dnt have time
