Worst showroom in ghy! The manager there has no proper knowledge nor he know how to deal with his customers! All he do is lie to customers and keep on delaying everything! We booked zontes 350r on 1st week of july he said we’ll get after 10-15days, when days passed we asked him how many more days he have to wait he said wait more 5days! Sometimes waiting is good, we waited more, but in the last week of july he said we’ll couldn’t manage the zontes 350R u can check out our new models at very low price. What kind of behaviour is this? He could have inform us in the first olace that we cannot manage or bring your bike!! When we asked our booking amount back he said it will take time! U cannot have even imagine how he was harassing us. Manager name is sofikul islam, i would request the director to kick him out nd keep a new one who is dedicated to his work and knows how to behave with a customer.

When I have a problem with my bike, they don't respond. They don't even communicate properly. They don't even pick up phone calls.

Dont buy from this showroom because the manager of this showroom is very bad….he should learn some mannners….and manager name is Sofikul islam….if u want a bike of benelli then u should visit other showroom like tezpur or somewhere instead of Guwahati……

I went there mistaking it as the service centre. However the staff were kind & gentle enough to guide me. I found the showroom ambience quite nice, but being it in a highly congested road, it was difficult for me to find a parking nearby. That's why the 4 star.
