Sorry to say behaviour of the staff is not at all good won’t mention the staff name still need to educate their staff on customer behaviour I have purchased Tata commercial vehicle too and private cars from other brand tha sales person was really not professional. Worst customer experience better prefer other deals at-least you will get transparent deal and proper after sales as the deals will selling the car is not responsible won’t be responsible after selling car. I would me happy if I could share the number of the sales person or name, don’t wanted him to get in trouble. Lastly a customer always wanted proper behaviour a person spending 25 lakhs won’t go out of your showroom for 10k price difference but can go out of your showroom for your staff behaviour. Humble requesting you to educate such staff because we have 3-4 Tata dealers in Guwahati .

Best experience while taking delivery of our Tata Nexon. Staff are very supportive and polite. Best experience especially our sales advisor Mr. Sanjib Bordoloi. He is very co-operative and Helpful. A man with awesome personality. A big applause for this man along with their whole staff.

got a new car from this showroom EDITED REVIEW AFTER 1 MONTH Only Point Number #3 incident made me write this. My recent experience with Basistha Chariali Tata Motors was frustrating and disappointing. Here's why: 1. Attempted Manipulation at Delivery - On the day of delivery, after making full payment and getting the car registered in my name, the Team Leader attempted to manipulate us into paying more money, claiming we chose a different model. This was false, as we had done a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) the day before and even photographed the car's VIN. We stood our ground and refused to pay extra, but the whole experience was unsettling and unethical. 2. Poor Number Plate Installation - When it came time to install the number plates, we requested metal brackets, a standard practice in many showrooms. However, the staff ignored this request, drilled directly into the plastic, and installed the front number plate crookedly. They had the metal brackets but chose not to use them, displaying a lack of professionalism. 3. Shoddy Accessory Installation Causing Damage - A month after delivery, I noticed that the poorly installed Door Handle Chrome Guards had chipped the paint on three doors, with rust likely to follow. Only the driver’s side was done correctly, highlighting the carelessness in their work. Conclusion Overall, my experience at Basistha Chariali Tata Motors was marked by attempted manipulation, subpar service, and careless handling of my vehicle. If you're considering purchasing a car here, be cautious—customer satisfaction and attention to detail seem to be lacking. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision.

If anyone is thinking of buying a new tata car then this dealer is the right place for you. All the official persons of the dealer will help you for any query. Especially Abhishek Gohain guided me a lot from the day of booking to the day of delivery which made it easier for me to take my car so I would like to thank their team and appreciate their work.

Overall it was a very good experience. Offer is nice compared to other dealers. Only bad experience was that we need to wait almost 5 hours even though loan was sanctioned one day before.
