The sales executive didn’t have a proper way of speaking. He addressed me as “apuni” until finalisation Post payment and before closure he started using “Tur” instead. Very bad customer Experience. Additionally, no aacessories were provided by them (not even the car Mat)

I recently bought a new Tata Punch from the dealership. At the time of delivery there was a scratch present on the door of the car. At first they tried to ignore it but later after accepting the fact that it is actually a scratch they said they will resolve it the next day. They resolved the issue the next day. However, after that I took the car for a drive and the instrument cluster went completely blank, no information, no AC, nothing. They told me it is an update issue and they will fix it. After switching the engine on and off for a few times it became okay. Next I realised the handbrake doesn't work properly. On steep hills unless you pull on the handbrake extremely hard and to the top most position the car rolls backwards. They told me they will fix the issue but they still haven't. It was also required to purchase the fasttag from the dealership and they told me they will come and get the car and put it on the car, however even after 20 days of buying the car there is no response from their side. So if you are looking to buy a car from this dealership kindly avoid it.
