Most worst experience ever in my life the service sector if that unit is worthless and have no defence and any concern for their customers the way they talk the way they approach is like we are in their depth like they lack basic manners and MR Dhurbo Jyoti dutta the service manager there don’t have concern for their customers he lacks every single detail to be an Mahindra employee!! every worker of service are not at all cooperative

Staff need to be more welcoming and warmer with customers. Seems like they feel burdened in serving or helping out customers who come to the office with queries or work related to the product bought

Worst service experience. They talk a lot of sweet talk before you buy a vehicle. After you buy, the after-sales service is absolutely terrible. Their service advisors don't even care about your problem or answer your phone. The shortage of spare parts is a separate issue. Even the smallest spare parts are not available on time. I was a mahindra fan. But after this terrible experience I will never buy Mahindra vehicles again. Thanks immensely mahindra.

The moment the new car is out of their gate, their service stops. They will not pick up your calls, neither reply to messages and they're of no help whatsoever.

Worst experience ever. I had called and ask them whether is it possible today for service my car or not n they said yes… so when I went there after driving for 1 hours n then they said today it’s not possible… and worst part is after complaining they don’t even take any action… worst service ever.

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Experience with Mahindra Jeeto & Their Service We purchased a Mahindra Jeeto Strong Diesel from Mahindra Industrial & Farm Equipment showroom on 10th March 2025. Within just a few days, the vehicle started showing multiple issues. Initially, the AdBlue sensor began blinking, then the service light came on. When we contacted the showroom, their service person casually said “AdBlue has finished” – seriously? The vehicle hadn't even run 1500 km, and they are blaming us for a factory-level problem? Either they delivered the vehicle with low AdBlue levels, or the vehicle was defective from day one. We also raised a complaint with Mahindra, but no action was taken. Their own technician admitted on call that a full AdBlue tank should easily last around 10,000 km, but we’re getting errors before even touching 1500 km. Even a child can sense something is wrong. Now recently, we’re getting a serious dashboard error: “E22 DEF ERROR - NO START 250KM”. We again called the showroom, but for 2 days nobody answered the call. When we managed to reach someone from the sales team, they just told us to take the vehicle to the nearest service center. So are we supposed to drive the vehicle or keep visiting workshops every few days? And this is not all. We paid ₹52,000 for vehicle registration on booking day. The salesperson promised that the unused balance after registration would be refunded. The actual registration cost came out to ₹49,328, meaning we were owed ₹2,672. But despite repeated follow-ups, we’ve only heard excuses – “Payment hasn’t been processed”, “Manager is on leave”, etc. It’s been over a month, and the refund still hasn’t come. This is extremely unprofessional, and the service quality is pathetic. I seriously regret buying from this dealer and request Mahindra to take the vehicle back. We no longer want to deal with this kind of negligent and careless after-sales service.

Very nice clean organized showroom. Sitting arrangement, waiting area, desks, interiors, exteriors all are good. Mr Handique was very friendly and efficient and nice gentleman. But it would be more good if there is some more space at front side of the showroom.

I did a Mahindra XUV 700 automatic petrol variant. It’s bold design and powerful performance with beautiful interior. I want to purchase this car but my car resale value is not satisfied.
