Indane - Pinakshi Gas Service

Very bad experiences.... Everybody here are connected.. customer book their cylinders but it gets either cancelled or delivered... But customer gets none... I got invoice msg one week ago but after 2 or 3 days I got another msg saying my cylinder is delivered without my knowledge... I still waited but in vain ... Today my cylinder exhausted I had half cooked food n I m thinking what will I do tomorrow for my children tiffin... Everybody here are linked to this scam..That's why they can sell a cylinder without the owners otp.. neways I will not leave in peace with this msg I will charge these people....

The worst staff and bad behaviour. always delay in delivery taking like boss and directly telling agency change Kara lijiyee such type of monopoly never seen in service industry.

Fraud & Unprofessional behavior. They charged us ₹100 extra saying "processing fees", which wasn't mentioned ever before by incharge & in documents,while returning the cylinder connection. They also tried to charge extra money(of ₹100)..₹350 instead of ₹250 for not returning regulator. Later when we confronted him by asking for panelty receipt,then he returned(₹100). (It's a request,if there are extra charges are there pls mention it before to the customer) *New customers pls be aware n confront*

Extremely poor service from Pinakshi Gas Agency. Despite booking multiple times, I have yet to receive my gas refill. When I called the delivery personnel, his response was completely unprofessional—he simply said, “You’ll get it when you get it.” The rude attitude and lack of accountability make the experience even worse. Highly disappointed with their service. The delivery man are also asking for extra money when they deliver the gas. Even when we are paying them, ₹20 extra, they are asking for ₹50 extra. You need to look into the matter immediately, and here are the names of people who are asking for extra Deka and Boro

Thought the office staff are helpful , they do not have control over the delivery guys ( if you do not pay them commision then they tend to hold up / delay the delivery). Where in other states the door step delivery is free.

The just sitting and making money ...they don't do delivery on time when we ask they say come and take the gas and it's been a 8 day ..but didn't deliver gas

Very very bad behaviour of staff. They have no control on the delivery persons. Every time delay to deliver cylinder. Very very bad service
