Deepor beel is nice relaxing place especially for nature enthusiasts. I visited this place for the first time on 21 Nov 2024.. Place provide astounding lake view with plenty of birds around. How ever I was able to capture only few birds like, Asian stork, Pied myna, White patches wagtail, citrine wagtail, Swamphen, Kingfisher, Egret, heron and few more.. This place also provide decent food points in case if you want to munch, Also a public toilet which is not great. This place requires cleaning and few watch points and well maintained toilets so that it will attract more visitors. If Govt works on this project then this can also be turned into a great bird sanctuary. because the small islands on this lake should not be touched by humans so that migratory birds can make their nest we can watch them from far away distance.. Just my thoughts.. However, This is a great place for small picnics for family and friends. Can easily kill 3 to 4 hours enjoying a great view on the lap of greenery.
