We would really recommend this tour operator to anyone looking to visit Assam and the wider area. The booking process from the UK was incredibly easy. Level of care and comfort are both high, and all of the people who work for them are lovely.

We travel with jungle travels most of the time whether it is international holiday or domestic travel. But our recent trip to Bali was not up to the mark. We have customized our itinerary for better and hazzle free experience, but after giving them on writing what we wanted or desired to do in our trip they have not fully satisfied us with their work. 1. We wanted night life do they gave us gilli islands but only for 1 night. 2. I asked them several times about the activities in gili, they said their nk such activities. When we went there, we found out that almost every people went for scuba diving but we cannot as we only had 1 night stay and we were not informed about the activities. 3. The person coordinating with us in the Bali trip was not fully known about our customized itinerary. I had to give her out itinerary so that she could plan our day trips and timings accordingly. 4. Dissatisfied with the fact that every time we travel an international destination with jungle travel, we find the same problems because of lack of communication of their agents from india and abroad. 5. Jungle Travels agents from Guwahati branch are responsible but the travel agency itself is not providing their customers a good enough hazzel free and worth it experience, most of the time we felt that the management was not upto the mark and the package was expensive as compared to our comfort. It is my humble request to solve the issue
