The best experience one can ever have. The Doctor is very calm, composed, and gets along very well with the patients in a friendly way. She explains all the test protocols and continuously gives assurance that everything is fine. Very experienced and dedicated specialist. I would recommend others to approach her for ENT related issues.

Dear Dr.Akriba Ahmad .. looking at the reviews I thought u would be a polite and kind doctor who listens and unbiased.. I sent my mother to your clinic for the ear treatment .you did and asked them to revisit after 10 days.. after 10 days when they tried to contact u so that they could confirm you are available or not or any specific date as per your convenient, you didnt respond.. they tried to text u and also call u.. finally when after three attempts on call( on different days) and whatssap messages u were rude to them on call and you also mentioned thT u are being bothered ? Seriously.. they wanna go picnic with u or they would come at your home for dinner ? You are the doctor and you have your responsibility both moral and professional to answer them atleast or be polite.. what do you expect people should visit you without informing you from 250km away and what if you aren't available ? Is this some sort of joke? When they clearly took permission before they left your cabin that they would call you before they come and also update u about the situation and u gladly agreed then how come this behaviour ? You need some grooming class on behaviour ...And the patient's situation is still the same ..no affect of any medicine and the patient is still suffering and you have that audacity to misbehave and rude over call when they were putting all their faith on you .... its not that I cant afford better doctor then you ..but I had little hope looking at the reviews . But my bad.. hope you treat your clients fairly and try to be little patient.. good luck
