very bad experience. we ordered a spectacles which was not given at right time. after delay.. it got delivered but with very bad making. fitting of lence is so bad that it can topple out any minute. after much argument they said it will remain shaky.. it's like that only. i have never came across such kind of bad lence fitting spectacles and worst lenses makers. if possible I would have given zero star.

Worst place to visit. I paid for Sapphire UV lens in which I found reflection problem. When I made complaint , they kept it for more than one month and returned my spectacles back with Crizal UV lens. They didn't even feel the need to ask me for the change.I suggest not to visit there. I promised not to visit there again.

Worst place to visit...all are thugs..in mine case, first of all they gave me an unfitted frame and told me that you carry on with this with a promise that they will fixed it a later date when new glass come...they gave me the same unfitted frame n glass after 2 weeks...later when I observed properly i came to know that it's the same glass, same unfitted curvings...I had to left for Delhi next day morning...i waste 10k for nothing...a small suggestion their receptionist are all lairs specially the french bearded di*khead one

Today I have visited on this store because my glasses was break. They repaired my glasses properly.staff behaviour was very nice.

Bad service , late delivery . The staff told us to pick up the product at 11 am in the morning but when we got there they told us that it will be done by 8: 30 pm and it was not done yet so we got the product later tomorrow.
