Im sitting here how and rating this chamber is worst please don't come here reception persons are worst no attention to people and and doctors are lazy as usual becs I came here for test suggests by my eye doctor... please don't come....here all people including doctors are lazy and came late and they have no time to come on time and till now I am waiting here from 9:30 to 11 am no doctor are there and useless please don't come here to ruin your time

Sir Goswami is a very experienced doctor. I do agree that it takes a lot of time to finally meet and consult him but he knows what he’s doing. It takes the same amount of time even at Sankardev Nethralaya, isn’t it? Overall, an experienced and fine doc in Guwahati.

I am visiting this place from 2012 and my experience is quite good. It is Dr. BJ Goswami for whom I visit this place. I find his diagnosis convincing and logical. Yes, there is a bit of wait time due to the cycle followed during the checkup process and the number of patient logged before you. So plan accordingly. However, I find the fee quite reasonable considering effort and time spent with you. Overall, a good deal.

I had a really bad experience. I had taken my mother there for a regular eye checkup. It took almost 4 hours to finally meet the doctor. When I asked them reason for the delay, they gave silly excuses they. I had gone there after reading the good reviews of the place. Did not expect such lack of professionalism.

I visited there for conjunctivitis and within 1 week my eyes were fine...yeah i know conjunctivitis is not that much serious disease which can be cured even at home but i liked the behavior of the Dr BJ Goswami and the visit charge was 500 rupees (with two free check ups) 500÷3 = 166 per visit 😂 and yes giving 1 less ⭐ because they don't give even 1 rupee discount on medicines.

One of the best places for eye related problems, especially cataract and retina related. It is a good idea to take a prior appointment. Staff and doctors are very cordial, efficient and professional. I take my parents for their eye checks ups & have found this place very good indeed.

People working in the reception doesn't seem to understand the requirement to response to elderly patients patiently. I wonder how they are hired. Disappointed with the their people skill. Similar complaints are all across their review.

Dissatisfied with the extremely long waiting hours. Please don't go if you have any emergency. Patients have to face partiality because of the dull staff. Professionalism is a joke to them. Try somewhere else but don't get into this headache.
