I have been using this broadband service for the past 5 years, and overall my experience has been quite satisfying. The connection has been stable for most of the time, with good speed and reliable performance for daily activities such as browsing, streaming, online classes, and work.

Best service in guwahati and outside. I have use to 3 broadband and 1 Lease line connection about 6.8years.Any issue is facing, team is very quickly prompt and resolving the issues about ETA- 2_3hrs. So I recommended all of you in this service provider because no any one service provider immediate response, always TAT time 24-48hrs, if evening any other service provider cut fiber and others issue. they have resolve next day or 48hrs. But softcrop team is provided same day resolve any issues. All the staff and owner behaviour is excellent. Connection and plan are very valuable of price.

Good service and very responsive. I have been using their WiFi service since 5 years and no complaints whatsoever.

It was good during the period of 2018-19 even till 2023 but now just a bit laggy in terms of quality But the most impressive thing is that the team is super responsive and service quality is awesome They responds immediately if any problem arrises 5 stars for the service quality 3 stars for the internet speed
