Dr. Prashant Rai is an excellent gastroenterologist. His deep expertise, attentive listening, and compassionate approach create a very reassuring atmosphere. Two months ago, I took my mom for her acid reflux treatment at Apollo Excelcare Hospital. Today is our second visit, and so far I’m very satisfied with the overall experience. I truly appreciate the clear explanations and thoughtful care provided during the consultation. A huge thanks to Mr. Banjit for making our visits easier. Doctor is good. Pathetic diagnostic service. 2 hour waiting for doc check up, 4 hour for blood collection, next day appointment for CT and sonography. No value of patient's time
