Highly recommended for foods they made for breakfast and dinner. Little bit distance from Paltan Baazar, however electric auto, rikshaw available through online Stay was also pleasant AC & Gyrser was working fine. Building may be old however against value for stay recommended for all central government employees with families also.

Must go. Nothing to worry. Main thing I like the hospitality. Kitchen is amazing. Super hygienic and tasty food.

I had a very pleasant stay at the CPWD Guest House. The food was delicious and well-prepared. The hospitality was truly commendable—every staff member was courteous and attentive. I don't know why people said bad things about here. If you're a middle class family. And wanted to travel to Assam and nearby states. This is the perfect guest house for Central Government Employees. The area is developed, every necessary service is nearby. And the guest house food, service and rooms are great. I mean the food was 10/10. They serve Breakfast and Dinner. Menu changes everyday. But, the taste is great. Best we had in the trip. I mean for 100 per plate unlimited food is a great deal. Also, they do not compromise on the quality of the food. Everyday, new vegetables come in and are prepared by the staff. They are on contract, therefore, expected to have the best service. From the manager to the staff, everyone is great. For families with LTC, this is the best place.

Room conditions was not, leakage from taps, geyser not working and lot of , room no 3 , 3 beded

Location is not proper. You have to told the auto/taxi near geetanagar police station to reach. Facilities are not good. Old constructed building. Cockroaches are roaming around. Cleanliness is not proper. Lot of work is needed.

Place is good. On wide road. Rooms are spacious. Commode present in washroom. Geyser working fine in bathroom. TV with cable tv network present. Over all a good place to stay for tour.
