River Breeze Home at Uzanbazar is truly a hidden gem. The location itself is breathtaking — you can witness the mighty Brahmaputra right from the property. Our stay was incredibly pleasant, and the apartment felt like a beautiful blend of comfort and Assamese charm. Every corner was thoughtfully decorated with local handlooms and handicrafts, and even the beddings carried lovely Assamese patterns that made the space feel authentic and homely.||If you’re looking to escape the daily hustle and unwind, this is the perfect spot. The host, a sweet and welcoming lady, made our stay even more special with her warmth and hospitality.||The highlight for us was the arched balcony — it opened up to a mesmerizing view of the Brahmaputra, the night sky, and the hills that surround Guwahati. Sitting there under the stars with friends or a loved one was truly calming and magical. The sunrise view was equally stunning and worth waking up early for.||To top it off, the food was simple, homely, and delicious — just what you’d want on a peaceful getaway.||Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, scenic, and for a quick getaway in Guwahati.

I liked the place very much . Simple yet luxurious. Easily accessible . The view of the Brahmaputra river from balcony is awesome . Food is homely and amazing . Owner is very helpful and the staff very courteous . There is a beautiful park near the house . One can also see Umananda island from the balcony and the small hills across the river add to the beauty of the house . One can also see the river cruise from the balcony in evening . We were lucky to witness the 93rd anniversary air show of IAF from the balcony and it was spectacular . I used to love mountain homes . But this home made me fall in love with river side homes too 💕 Sangeeta ji also helped us with our Kamakhya temple darshan . Best experience for me . Thank you .

From the moment we arrived, this place exceeded expectations. The host was very prompt and friendly. Check-in was very seamless. The appartment was spotless. The rooms were very comfortable,peaceful spacious,fresh lines, spotless surface and no weird smells. The bed was super comfortable and the living area was cozy. This is an amazing property with a spectacular view of the mighty Brahmaputra river. It is also very near to the market area and there are many cafes nearby. The rooms are equally neat & tidy with all basic amenities and you will get tasty & homely food. The staff are very polite & courteous. Overall stay is very comfortable and affordable.

All the staff are very coporative and makes feel comfortable like home. |Also the views and rooms are clean and tidy with excellent interior. ||They do know the hindi language. So that people will not suffer.
