The Elgin Retreat

Great great great stay.. rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly, there was enough parking space for my vehicle. Wonderful ambience!!

Dirty rooms, rude staff, and terrible service. The bathroom had mold, the AC barely worked, and noise kept me up all night. Breakfast was stale and inedible. Definitely not worth the price—avoid this place!

The room was dirty, with stains on the sheets and a terrible smell. The bathroom was even worse—mold on the walls, a leaking faucet, and barely any hot water. The air conditioning barely worked, making it impossible to sleep comfortably.

I had the worst stay at this hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I checked in, the service was awful. The staff was rude and unhelpful, acting like they didn’t care about guests at all.

The worst stay ever. Better you stay in the road of that location tbh the location is the only thing to be appreciated otherwise it was a waste of money. I asked them to fixed the leakage in kitchen but they didn't . also the tv was not working and AC was leaking too. Not worth a penny better live in road then wasting money in this bullshit. Get some help buddy peace out

Great and a convenient place to stay with your family and friends.. Met the owner as well, really cool people. Highly recommended!!

Very good hospitality and service. Room was neat and clean. Washroom was tidy. Worth booking Elgin Retreat.

Unlike the review it was okay... Room and bathroom was clean though towel looks bit dirty, no Issues as I had my own towel. Staff were okay. Giving it 4 star because.... 1. No handwash or soap available at washroom 2. I had to wait for 6- 10 min outside the gate as it was early in the morning.
