BRIJMOHAN hero servicing

Worst experience ever!! My first scooter ...it was the first free servicing(750km)....and they said it will cost 1100₹..... For polishing they said it will cost 531!(where as my scooter was just 2 weeks old) No manners , no good servicing!! Reached at 9.30 and waited till 2.30! Until I forced them to do their work! Only the show room people are well mannered!! Other the servicing and the experience was worst!!!! My first free servicing experience!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This service centre is the definition of unprofessional and careless. They completely messed up my free service by wrongly marking it as “generic repair,” causing confusion about whether it was paid or not. I waited 45 minutes at the reception with no one attending me, no accountability, nothing. Just pure negligence. After I finally left out of frustration, they even raised a complaint on my behalf clearly to cover up their own incompetence. I had to call the toll-free number myself to correct the details. Terrible staff attitude, zero responsibility, and a complete waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs

Went for my first bike servicing. Booked at 11.25 am. But the queue was so long that it got up in the ramp at about 2 pm. Changed the engine oil, cleaned the air filter, lubed the drive chain. Then it went for washing and polish. Service was average. Customer lounge was air conditioned. Payment and other paperwork were somewhat smoothsailing. The location of the service center is a bit small and felt congested.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this bike service centre. The manager/service adviser Pankaj was very uncooperative, and the mechanics displayed poor workmanship. Due to their negligence, my bike required repairs twice within just 1.5 months of servicing. Even after repeated servicing, the problem remained, and I eventually had to get it fixed at another service centre. Such unprofessional handling is unacceptable, and I will not be availing their services again.

SCAM ALERT !! SCAM ALERT !! Do not buy the 1 year free/discount service coupon etc.. Pay as per service. It is a clear scam. They make faults in your vehicle and when you visit second time to fix it, they charge extra. It is a clear scam also staffs are very bad, technicians has poor skill set and they don't know things properly, it is much better if you fix your problem in road side repair shop. If you are looking for free washing and just engine oil change than visit here other wise don't loss your money and time !! Do your repairing in front of you. BRIJMOHAN hero servicing is not trust worthy !!

The technicians seem more skilled and motivated, ensuring that the service is not just a quick fix, but a lasting solution. Overall, my recent experience with Brijmohan Hero Service Centre has left me quite satisfied. The positive transformation is undeniable, and it's clear they've taken customer feedback seriously. From the engaging and friendly staff to their improved approach in resolving issues, the changes are remarkable. While I can't ignore the past, it's heartening to see a company take such proactive steps towards improvement. I'm genuinely optimistic about the continued progress of the service centre and would recommend others to give them a try.

Extremely disappointing experience at Brijmohan Hero Service Centre. Visited yesterday for a routine scheduled service — there were no major issues with the scooty at that time. However, right after the service, new problems started emerging. Went back today expecting some accountability, but instead, I was charged again to fix the issues they caused. The technicians clearly lack experience and professionalism. Pathetic service quality.

Very bad Management. Waiting time is very very long. I came for my Xpulse 1st servicing but had to wait for almost 3-4hrs for that as they have only one technician for xpulse. There were only 2 xpulse before me. Moreover, the washing facility is terrible it's better to wash outside at least they clean the vehicle nicely. I am very much disappointed. If anyone from the hero sees this please look into this matter.
