We had an absolute blast at Aroohan.😊 Our short vacation was made unforgettable by the incredible location, mouth-watering food, and exceptional service. Every aspect of our stay was great, and we enjoyed every bite of the delicious meals prepared by the talented chefs.The room was clean, tidy, and cozy, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. But what truly stood out was the warm hospitality of the staff. From the moment we were welcomed, to the housekeeping team who kept our room spotless, the bar staff who crafted amazing mocktails, and the service staff who catered to our every need everyone went above and beyond.A special thank you to Mr. Dhanjit, whose dedication and willingness to help made our stay truly special. We appreciate the efforts of the entire Aroohan team and can't wait to come back and experience it all again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

We went physically to book for a table for a get together. But they said that in weekend they they don’t reserve in advance. They charged 17000 for a small room which is used to play TT for the boarders. They denied to reserve a table for day long as there are too much of guests in the weekend. We reached there on 11th January for 8 guests( one could not attend for an emergency at last minute) and they denied to give a table of 8 persons and said that they are revered online. They arranged a four guest space by joining two tables. After repeated argue and request they allowed us one table in sharing. When we reached there we were the second party . Although they told that it’s first come first serve process in weekend, they didn’t follow it.Their service was also not satisfactory as no of service persons are not sufficient for weekend gathering. Food was also average specially fish quality is not good. However tandoori chicken was tasty. We found mismanagement in the so called reputed resort. However ambiance is nice

Attended a relative's ring ceremony here and absolutely loved the place. The food was great, the view was breathtaking and the staff was hospitable. The manager there, Dhanjit Lahan, made sure every need was catered for. Definitely recommend this to everyone looking to have a good time regardless of the occasion.

We chose this resort for what was meant to be our first outing of the year with friends and family, hoping to make it a special experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be deeply disappointing. The arrogance and indifference of the manager and staff completely ruined the visit. Orders were taken reluctantly, if at all. After an unbelievable 2.5 hours of waiting, we were served just two starters and cold tea—with no apology, explanation, or sense of accountability. To add insult to injury, we were charged an exorbitant amount for this extremely poor service and experience. We finally decided to walk out, and honestly, that was the best decision we made. We went to Zizina Resort, where we enjoyed a wholesome meal, warm hospitality, and excellent service—exactly what one expects when dining out. This place needs a serious rethink on customer service, staff attitude, and basic professionalism. Would not recommend at all . They treat you like they are doing you a favour by serving you food that you pay for ( if at all they do ) .

We visited that place few days back...place is amazing. Food they serve is also quite satisfactory...service is little bit slow...but ok . Sometimes it happens. Hope they will serve faster next time. I would recommend the place for visit for stay or just to enjoy the food and place. Its kids friendly. And there is lots of parking slots as well.

We visited for a day trip. The resort has ample space for kids to play and adults to walk around 🚶. It's a calm place with slides, swings, rabbits, and birds. However, the food was not great. The Mumbai pulao with mutton curry was overly salty and tasted like fried rice, which didn't complement the mutton curry or dal tadka. 🍚 The saltiness of the pulao overpowered the other bland dishes. Overall, the food was disappointing, but the resort itself was acceptable for a day outing. Kids would likely enjoy it. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The resort offers good space for walking 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️, providing ample space to explore. However, the food quality was disappointing 👎. An extra 200 is charged for parking 🅿️, though this amount can be applied towards food purchases 💸.

We visit this restaurant with family when we are in Guwahati - great food and fantastic service. The restrooms are clean and overall it is hygienic for families. There is an open area for guests to leisure and play games like badminton, and even a children playground.
