I can't think of a better place for vipassana, I am glad I was accepted here. The people were lovely and helpful and the place was small, pretty, simple and well maintained, which allowed me to have a more private and profound experience. The food was out of this world! Delicious!!! I came alone as a foreigner that has never been to India before, I felt safe there and met wonderful women that welcomed me. It was a great powerful experience, I highly recommend this centre and I hope I can come back soon.

A wonderful and enlightening experience. Completing a 10-day Vipassana course from the Assam Vipassana centre, which is few kilometres away from the city, was quite an enriching experience. Seated beautifully amidst nature's abundance, it's a perfect place for anyone interested to do Vipassana.

Dhamma Asama is a truly transformative place. I found peace of mind, learned the teachings of Dhamma, practiced it sincerely, and gained real insights into life. The environment is serene, the guidance is genuine, and the experience is beyond words. Highly recommended for anyone seeking inner peace and self-discovery through Vipassana meditation.
