I would like to recommend you people not to stay in this pg they have the worst food and the water and electricity are not being provided properly especially water. Even if you tell them to open water in emergencies for number 2 and all they won’t listen to you. when it comes to warden, she would talk very sweetly in front of you but she is the worst. I don’t have any personal problem with this pg or warden but I am telling you this is the worst pg you will find in Guwahati nor the food is good or water or electricity. Even the staff are very rude. And most importantly the inside environment is very unhygienic and most of the students take weeds,smoke and drinks which makes the room more dirty. And the staff won’t bother to check. All I did was being honest because I have stayed there for 2months I didn’t like that pg so I left even most of the students left because of the same situation

recently stayed at Dream Villa PG, and it was an absolute nightmare. Not only was the place run-down and poorly maintained, but I also experienced what can only be described as paranormal activities. Strange noises, bed automatically shakes and inexplicable cold spots were a daily occurrence also door knocks.These disturbances made it impossible to get a good night's sleep, leaving me constantly on edge. To make matters worse, when I approached the owners about these issues, they completely dismissed my concerns, claiming that everything was in my imagination. Despite multiple requests to change my accommodation, they refused to let me move out and didn't refund my security deposit. The owners blatant disregard for the well being of their tenants is shocking and unacceptable….I strongly advise anyone considering staying at Dream Villa PG to look elsewhere. The combination of unaddressed paranormal activities and unresponsive management makes this place a terrible choice. Save yourself the stress and find a more reputable place to stay.

one truth about this pg is when you decides to leave they will treat you miserably,and they would makeup stories about you and and they would simply blame you for the things you haven't done. I don't understand they would pray to GoD and then commit sin. Many innocent students have been traped by pg owners. They would be talking very sweetly in first day and they will show their TRUE colors when it's time to leave the pg. I would not recommended you to stay in this pg nothings good here from food to owners

The PG has a calm,peace and cleaner environment. It's surrounding is amazing😍 and connectivity is good. As far as the security is considered the owner of the said PG has given top priority which is a vital part for a PG, I'm fully satisfied and feeling secured for my girl.principle meals and foods are hygienic. I received a homely hospitality from the management. Thanks Dream Villa🙏

Only gud view from front . Unhygienic , behaviour are very poor , not gud for money transection . Unhygienic food . Here stayed my sister and her friends they leave after when they known that here facilities are not gud .

Dream villa pg very beautiful place 🩷 The pg is on top notch .the owner treats us like their own daughter. You get 24 hr security , there's no need to worry about it. And Tha new building for The girls 👧 give s us a homely vibe ❤️

Actually PG stands for Paying Guest but for me when I came to this place this turned into Pyara Ghar. This place is very comfortable and everyone is very friendly. Discipline and Cleanliness are the best features that I would say about this Pg. The Owners are really helpful. I will highly recommend this Pg to everyone because this place is comfortable, friendly and also affordable.
