This is place is good for Groups. Single people will have to stay in room sharing. Staff is great 👍🏻. Location is great. Pricing is great according to facilities.

The property is listed in GOIBIBIO etc. But there is a misinformation SCAM in the platforms. The AC is not available 24 hrs and the damn place is too hot to survive. .Unless you are used to the tropical climate. AC is only from "8 PM-8 AM". The hot hours in morning will be hot 🔥. Even the Fan wind is not reachable due to the nature and placement of double decker beds for the top decker users. There r people who fight with the caretaker and owners on this issue. Apart from AC things the place is okay for short stays. It's decently clean. Location is also decent. Online delivery comes easy. Inverter is there for short power loss. Peaceful place. The boys taking care of the house are also doing their job with integrity. One ⭐ for the misinformation, as it is a red flag legally, and people come here just seeing AC. Apart from that it's a good place

A perfect home away from home ,very good for solo travellers and most importantly for females and the best part are the two caretaker boys tinku and heramba, they are the best host we can ever expect ,if you are in Guwahati ,this is the best place to stay with all hygiene and fresh food ..thankyou so much for giving the best service.

Look wise the room is okay, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. The provided mosquito repellent might be effective if given sufficient time. However, I took the non AC dorm, and the room was in very bad condition. It smelled like anything, most probably not sanitized since long. When I checked in, I could see left out tissue papers in the other beds. The worst of all, there were a lot of bed bugs in my bunk, and I got itchiness as I am allergies to that. Asked the receptionist boy for a refund, but he denied, thus I had to checkout after paying 600 and staying only for one hour. I asked him to connect me to the owner, who supposedly stays as bangalore, but that didn't happen too. I don't know how to resolve that. I feel like I am at much loss here.

Hostel is good but the guy who was managing the property was not kind enough. He felt little rude. He couldn’t wait for the payment even though it was second day and he knew me very well. Had to fill the checkin form again even though I had filled on day 1. On the day when we were leaving, he kept asking what time we’ll leave and I sensed he didn’t like us using the common room

I am writing this review while I am still here waiting for the care taker to clean and ready a room for us at 12am in the midnight: Worst worst place to stay in. We had a late flight and came at the hotel at 11pm. The caretaker had slept off. We kept waiting at the gate. That was fine. There are no proper packaged drinking water. The aqua guard god knows when was it last used or cleaned! And then we came in only to find extremely dirty rooms, it was not cleaned after the last guest used because apparently all workers went on Bihu holiday. This entire place reeks of bad smell and the washrooms in the all rooms on this floor are the dirtiest- I can’t even take a picture and post it, as it is so bad! I don’t understand then why did the owner take booking, charging me full amount! This is the worst experience ever! This is absolutely horrendous.

The place is very easy to find. Staff is extremely helpful. Everything is clean and hygienic. Very spacious beds. Sitting area is well designed to enjoy with friends and family.

A very clean and spacious hostel, quiet and comfortable. Both the dormitory and the common area are very clean, spacious. There is sufficient ventilation. The internet connection is good and fast. The staff is very nice. There are places to eat and shop outside. The location is good. Transportation is easy.
