Uptown Smart Hostels

Looking at the structure of the building from outside its nice but from inside no facilities.Toilet dirty even if we flush or wash it remain same only... Some Toilet flush is very slow and consume more time to refill again... Hopping there will be some good changes in future ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I enjoyed living here till my stay, the experience was good, something have to maintained and cleaned but overall it's a place to stay ☺️☺️,

I vacated the hostel as per all procedures and was clearly assured that my security deposit would be refunded within 45 days. It has been well over that period, and I still haven’t received my money. Despite repeated calls and messages, there has been no response from the management. This is not just unprofessional, it's outright dishonest. This kind of negligence and lack of basic accountability is unacceptable. If you cannot fulfill simple refund commitments, it seriously questions the credibility of your services. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they want to go through the same hassle.

The room was good and it was fun while we were here and need little improvements rest good and that helper guy help us a lot

Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible management. I vacated the hostel months ago and was clearly told that my security deposit would be refunded within 45 days. It’s been way beyond that, and I’ve still not received my money. What’s worse is they don’t even bother replying to calls or messages. This is nothing short of cheating. If you can’t handle something as basic as refunding someone’s own money, then you shouldn't be running a hostel. Pathetic service and zero accountability. Thank you

It’s been MONTHS since I left and they still haven’t refunded my security deposit, even after promising it would be done within 45 days. They’re outright ignoring calls and texts like cowards. This isn’t a delay it’s straight-up cheating. And let’s not even get started on the hygiene filthy bathrooms..raw and burnt food etc.If the management can’t honor such basic commitments, then what kind of trust can anyone place in this hostel? This isn’t just a delay, it’s deliberate ignorance and shows zero accountability. This kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of communication is extremely disappointing. I hope they take accountability and resolve this issue soon.

Seems reasonable, all the you need are provided, need some improvement at some place like cleanees but its quite good

It was family like experience. And the stuff out there were all nice and very hard working ones.
