Stayed here for one night. The hotel is in a decent location and easy to find. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the basic amenities were provided. Staff was polite and cooperative during check-in. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay at this price range. Some improvements in maintenance and cleanliness would make the experience even better.

Worst experience.I booked a hotel and payment and all everything was done. But when i reached the location front office guy told me room is not available, Literally i travel so long.When i asked them the front office guy was so rude he didn't know anything but started arguing and quarrying with me. None of the hotel guy was helpful. There's hospitality is minus zero level . All the untrained uncivilized people were working there. Don't know how to behave with customer.

SCAM.... SCAM ....SCAM Worst experience i have ever get This hotel is a scam.. on the time of checking out they demand for extra money, if not paid the manager will start scolding you. And refused to give room , and they asking to cancel myself, but they did not cancel there end .. The service of this hotel was terrible.

Very comfortable and good service providers in Guwahati

Well the rooms were good. About service can't say much as we couldn't contact much as the scenario was we were using it as substitute for training hostel provided by the department. But all in all it was good stay

I wish I could give them 0 stars. We had booked the rooms in advance. The day we reached, they would not open the gate or pick up the phone. And after calling them multiple times, they picked up and said there are no rooms so don't call . We said that we had booked it in advance and they proceeded to say that they don't care and that there are no rooms so don't call. Rude as hell.
