Excellent! Best people and great hospitality, this is my 3rd stay with them in Guwahati. All the staff starting with krishna at front desk she is very friendly and kind always smiling and ready to help, sanjiv the gym trainer was very knowledgeable and great trainer, Manbha and jack at the restaurant were also amazing , Manish too was very friendly and prompt, the pool staff the house keeping all were very nice and friendly. I have never heard them saying NO, this is the true sign of hospitality which deviates them from other compatitors.|Thanks everyone and keep up the good work !

So far, everything has been okay and met my expectations for a work trip. The room was comfortable and suitable for business travel, and the overall stay was smooth.The only area that could be improved is the food variety, as the options were mostly Indian cuisine. A wider selection of international or local dishes would be appreciated, especially for guests staying multiple nights.

From the moment I walked in, the ambience felt warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy good food. The quality of the dishes was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour. What really stood out, however, was the hospitality. A special mention to Sonu and Vikash for their exceptional service. They were courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the entire experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food paired with outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came here for my sisters wedding and what a lovely stay we had! The service was phenomenal, all the staff members were attentive and friendly, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful! To make things all that much better, the staff left such a beautiful surprise in my sister and her husbands room after the wedding!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Guwahati as it’s absolutely stunning with amazing staff!!

Went to attend a wedding at Radisson Blu. Everything was good except food. The food was shitty to begin with. Soup was served cold. Starters were soggy. Chowmin at any roadside stall across Guwahati tastes better Jalebi wasn't sweet n crisp Brownie was harder than brick Indian main course pale and tasteless Breads were half cooked and stale Veg pulao was cold too Even the coffee was poor in taste like the cheap ones available at railway station for 20 bucks. All in all a horrible experience. Please avoid planning such lavish events at this hotel. Total waste of money. Not even a single guest enjoyed the food. Every discarded plate was filled with leftovers as no one could finish any dish served. Pathetic!! I Don't understand what makes these hotels charge such exorbitant amount for such shitty food and yet call themselves 5 Star Hotel
