Worst of the worst. Never going to opt for this company ever again. I had provided all the necessary documentation for the cancellation of my policy and the associated refund request. However, the timeframe provided for this process is quite disappointing or I must say pathetic. I had request that the cancellation for my policy be processed promptly and that my refund be issued at the earliest opportunity since I had some urgent requirement of funds however, A delay of more than a month for the cancellation and refund is not acceptable. A case number has been assigned to every email I have sent regarding cancellation and refund requests since the beginning of the month of September which is quite disappointing. The initial policy setup took only about five minutes for the funds to be transferred from my bank account, yet the process for cancellation and refund has now extended beyond a month. Hence, now I am leaving a negative review regarding India first and will not recommend anyone to choose any plans offered by this company. Please do not tell me to share more details after providing everything to your company. It’s the first and last with this company.
