Digit Insurance

I handed over the car to the dealer for claims but not resolved yet. The employee name Sadat from Go digit insurance is very unprofessional. Even after repeated communication from dealership he told he could not provide the claims. Worst experience ever.

Completely unprofessional, don't pay attention to customer need. Don't respond to claim process even after 3 days of repeated communication. Employee like Syed Sadat Ahmed is only busy with his month ending report, ignoring vehicle claim process unattended in garages.

I am trying to add my family members in Digit app app not allowed me to add and this costomer service centre number also not allowed So what's the purpose of costomer centre number if they not help me

Worst experience ever….no good response with customer… claim waiting period is too long… please choose another insurance company
