I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks Guwahati Brahmaputra River Heritage. Their matcha was really good, and I appreciated that they stay open till around 10:30 pm, which is perfect for a late evening visit. The night view of the river was just as scenic as the daytime, creating a cozy and serene atmosphere, especially on a chilly winter night. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing drink with a beautiful view! However, it can get quite crowded on weekends, so plan accordingly if you prefer a quieter experience.

One of the most beautiful starbucks in the country! The riverfront views and the coffee make it my favourite place in guwahati. Whenever i want a view of the river, and some peace, i come here. Area of improvement: it has the slowest service of all the Starbucks in the country! Order taking is a 10 min ordeal and the queue management can be better

Food :- --> starbucks allover India has its same menu. --> Here the menu didn't get updated when I visited. --> for food either veg or non veg less options available. Staff :- --> The staff was very good and helpful. --> they didn't hesitated when I visited i changed three tables the staff helped me to carry my things. Ambiance:- --> There is indoor,outdoor and river view seating available here. --> there is a separate smoking zone available. --> there is too much noise making by other customer which I felt louder. Ordered two lattes, a veg puff, and chilli garlic toast. The drinks were good, but the veg puff was not properly hot, which was disappointing and unexpected from Starbucks. On a positive note, the staff was polite and the ambience is excellent—their real USP.

This Starbucks has one of the most scenic locations in the city — right by the riverfront, with peaceful views and a calm, relaxing vibe. The ambience is spacious, well-lit, and perfect for catching up with friends, reading a book, or just watching the sunset with a coffee in hand. The staff is courteous and the service is up to the mark, as expected from a Starbucks outlet. The outdoor seating with the river breeze makes it a unique experience. One thing to note: while the location and vibe are premium, some of the drinks feel overpriced for what they offer. A few items don’t quite justify the cost in terms of flavor or portion size. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind, especially if you don’t mind paying a little extra for the ambience and view. Definitely worth visiting at least once if you’re in Guwahati!
