A perfect place to chill with friends, even on your own. It's a quiet place with view of bicol river and has the coldest beer in the city. Yep, below zero. Fried kangkong, sisig, tokwa't baboy, matcha frappe, vanilla milkshake are just few options from the menu that is very affordable but amazingly delicious.

Good place, good location! You can see the river just outside and its nice to chill. They almost offer everything, from breakfast foods, cold and hot coffee, lunch, breakfast. I love the "samporado at badi" a local breakfast menu chocolate rice soup with salted dried fish! Refreshment for evening nights are available from whiskeys to cold beers. Oh and they have solo performer, everynight. Best time to chill out is in the afternoon i think. Coz you can see the river outside.

Loved their previous location at Centro Square. They still served their popular Sisig Rice but some of the old menus were already missing. The food is still perfect! If you want a secluded place and want to enjoy the peace and quiet, Kape Naga can offer that to you.

Went there one Saturday afternoon. It was quiet and the ambience was pleasant. Perfect place for working alone or just enjoying coffee and some chips.

Pretty comfortable place with nice interior. Their sisig rice and tocilog are tasty, although the tocilog wasn't served hot, reheated I think. Their rice coffee is nice as well.
