Romantic Baboy - Naga

I recently dined at Romantic Baboy, lured in by the promise of an unlimited Korean BBQ experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. Let’s start with the main attraction: the food. We opted for the unlimited option, but I found the plain pork to be surprisingly bland and lacking in flavor. With Korean BBQ, one usually anticipates a burst of seasonings and marinades that elevate the experience, but here, it felt like something was missing. Additionally, the amount of banchan served was minimal and uninspired, with nothing that stood out or enhanced the meal. The service also left much to be desired. It seemed like the staff was not fully attentive to the guests' needs. A big part of a great dining experience is having the staff anticipate your needs, and here it just didn’t happen. We frequently found ourselves having to wave down servers for refills or assistance, which disrupted the flow of our meal. As for the atmosphere, it was decent but nothing to rave about. While it offered a pleasant space to enjoy a meal, it didn't contribute significantly to the overall experience. I’ve certainly encountered better dining environments that paired exceptional service with great food. Having dined at several Korean BBQ places before, I can confidently say there are better options available that not only offer superior service and tastier dishes but often at a more reasonable price point. My experience at Romantic Baboy can be described as “meh.” There was nothing particularly remarkable about the food or service that would make me want to return. I would recommend seeking out other establishments that truly capture the essence of Korean BBQ.

Romantic Baboy must be the best Korean barbecue restaurant in the country. No doubt. I love the variety of options of the meat. I love the place that there were no discomforts at all. There was just this very woman who served us the meat She's very rude haha, really. But generally speaking, we enjoyed our meal. Very satisfied. Cheese scallops were the bomb. 🔥

Not so much for the atmosphere, apart from the warm temperature inside, they should increase the aircon a bit. But the meats are quality and tasty, food worthy👌

The food is great, and while it is on the pricier side, it is definitely worth it. The restaurant boasts an amazing selection of dishes with good tasting flavors, and there are no hidden charges for the foods. Everything is available as advertised, making for a transparent and satisfying dining experience. The ambiance is nice and cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant maintains proper air conditioning, and the burners have vents, ensuring a comfortable dining environment without the discomfort of excessive heat or smoke. This attention to detail enhances the authenticity of the samgyupsal experience. The staff are very accommodating. They frequently interact with customers, are polite, and respond quickly when you request additional sets of food. Their attentiveness and friendliness add to the overall positive dining experience. In summary, Romantic Baboy provides a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience with good food, a cozy ambiance, and excellent service. It is a place worth visiting for a casual dining experience, and I will definitely be going back.

3x at this branch and the food, service, and atmosphere is maintained aligned with their main branch's signature. Good to come during off-peak hours. More adequate spacing of tables 💛 compared to other branches 👍🏻

I've tried numerous Romantic baboy branches (Marilao, Ali mall, sm north, Trinoma etc) but this branch is by far the best. Servings are big compared to other branches especially the scallops with cheese. Staff are accommodating and the food is prepared well. It's cheaper compared to other Romantic baboy branches too! Thank you Romantic baboy - Naga team. My partner and our loved ones enjoyed our dinner last Saturday. ❤️ Beef Bulgogi is our favorite and it's a must try.
