I love the steak and their salad! Great food. The resto is small it. Just okay for a table for 2. The service is fine.

used to come back every now and then to this steak place. though the quality of the steak is often inconsistent, we come back because sometimes the quality of the steak is so excellent that we forget our other slightly bad dining experiences. this time however, the quality of the steak was so bad i had to write this review and that i can’t imagine coming back anytime soon. we ordered our usual medium rare ribeye steak. the meat was VERY TOUGH, under seasoned, and lesser than the usual serving despite the price increase? add to that the overall bad service, even from before. very unsatisfactory.

By so far, the best steakhouse I've ever tried here in Naga. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I've been here multiple already, and the quality and service have never changed! Despite the thinness of the steak I ordered, I was amazed that they were still able to cook it with my preferred doneness. It's top-notched! I'll definitely dine here again when I visit Naga next time. 🥰

The place and music is great. The service is great as well but the food did not meet my expectations. I ordered T-Bone steak and it was thinly cut and has like 20% fats and it is a bit salty so there’s a lot of room for improvement as compared to Blake’s Steaks and Wings which has same price range. The mashed potato also is not quite okay for me. Although they have complementary tea which is Okay but overall I may be rating them 4. I’ve alrwady included the updated menu for reference. I hope that by 2024, they’ll improve the food quality.

I cook my own steak and eat at other restaurants in Nuvali, so far Parilla Vaca is at par with my expectations and more! I ordered 500grms ribeye and a bottle of moscato, the steak temp was perfect and my special request for garlic was accomodated! Opportunities: The temp was good but the meat was a little cold, you may ask the client if they want to cut their own meat because we like doing it ourselves. I would love to have garlic with my steak❤️ and a little salt, i guess it’s because we have different taste buds so its best to just request additional salt if you want to. Otherwise our experience with Parilla Vaca was one of the best here in Naga. Reasonable price with quality food and service. Update: 01-26-24 I have to give it to Parilla Vaca, we returned today after the review yesterday, first off the chef asked if we would like to cut our steak, then served it with garlic and salt and the temperature is just perfect. They do care about the reviews for sure kudos to Parilla Vaca and team❤️

The Best Decision we made for our 1st Anniversary was choosing Parrilla Vaca. Not only because of their great tasting dishes, their ambient place, and their reasonable prices. It was the warm accomodation they've given us. Even at a very small amount of time, they accepted my special requests. Their will to go for extra was very much appreciated. They really made us feel that our day was really something special. And talking to the owner, Ms. Carol was a delight. I am looking forward for my next visit. So don't think twice on them, try and enjoy the same experience we had.

When they say medium rare, they serve merium rare! Unlike other steakhouses in naga which serves well done no matter what doneness you asked them to. Also they serve the steak topped with spices and they also give you free tea after you eat.

Had our first year anniversary dinner there, total bill including glass of Shriaz and two cokes was P1443. Asked for medium, it was medium-rare but it was excellent 👌 Definitely would go back, but recommend reservation as all the other tables were reserved, they turned people away at 5:30p. P50 trike from Nagaland Hotel (Sentro), don't bother getting a taxi or Grab Taxi, they will charge you P200-250.
