Closed before 4.30pm, no response on call too I am adding these comments, in responding to your tone deaf response below for public to know! Thank you for your response. I understand that unexpected, time-sensitive situations can arise—especially in a small business. However, my review reflected a genuine customer experience: the center was closed earlier than expected and calls were not answered. Many citizens travel from far-away areas, take time off work, and plan their day around the operating hours displayed online or communicated on-site. In such cases, basic professionalism requires clear communication—such as updating business hours, placing a visible notice at the premises, maintaining a voicemail/automated message, or ensuring someone can respond to calls with a brief update. Please note that this is not “just a business”—you operate an Aadhaar Seva Kendra, and this is a public service function where citizens reasonably expect responsiveness, accountability, and respectful engagement with feedback- if you do not think so, you should perhaps reconsider if you should be in the space of serving the public. Also, a review is customer feedback—not something you get to “permit” or shame someone for. I left an honest review based on what I experienced: closed earlier than expected and no response on the phone. Your reply didn’t address the service gap; it attempted to lecture the customer about patience. If you expect patience from customers, it’s reasonable to expect the same patience and courtesy in return when receiving feedback. Additionally, while you are entitled to respond to reviews, customers are equally entitled to share honest feedback. The tone of your reply was unnecessarily sarcastic and dismissive, and it attempted to dictate how customers should react rather than acknowledging the inconvenience and outlining steps to prevent recurrence. I hope you will consider this feedback constructively and improve communication and service continuity for the benefit of all citizens who rely on these services.

Great response 👍, the person we met probably he was the owner, awesome experience with him. I don't know when my adhaar will updated but he is a nice guy.

I called the owner regarding my child's Adhar and he was very informative and clear. Provided all the necessary information in a very good manner. Good experience.
