Good place to stay for Mizo visiting Guwahati for whatsoever reasons. The location was good, rooms are also very pleasant to stay. Feels so comfortable staying there and all the staff's friendly and always ready to help

Firstly, the rooms were in a deplorable state, appearing as if they had not been cleaned for months. The overall cleanliness was severely lacking, and the services provided were subpar. Upon arrival, we had to clean the room ourselves before settling in. Additionally, the blankets and mosquito nets were moldy, causing us discomfort and itchiness. The building itself also seemed poorly maintained and neglected by the staff. Secondly, the food served was of very poor quality, especially considering the price we paid per plate. Furthermore, the staff was not hospitable, failing to provide even basic courteous service. I rated this establishment one star, as it is the lowest rating possible. Overall, this was a 0/10 experience.

The location is good. Dorms are renovated from the last time i visited. *Many mosquitoes *No water problem

Service disaster its a shame that we have to go to kitchen to get more rice.In taking care of the guest while having meal they are extremely fail, not only that they don't have complementary water for the guest instead they recommended us to buy water from their own...some dishes look like its a old dishes it doesn't look nice...mark pek tur che u k hmu hlawl lo ani in service a chhe ltk emai..
