A hidden gem for tea lovers! I stumbled upon Jalan’s Tea in Fancy Bazaar, Guwahati, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip to Assam. I picked up their masala chai and a special blend of Assam strong and Darjeeling tea—and I have to say, both are absolutely divine. The masala chai is rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced—not overpowering, but deeply comforting. And the Assam-Darjeeling blend is a genius combination: robust and bold, with just the right hint of floral smoothness from the Darjeeling. It’s now become my go-to cup every morning. The staff were super helpful and passionate about their teas, and you can tell they know their craft. I only wish I had bought more! If you’re anywhere near Fancy Bazaar, don’t miss this place. Variety of teas at vary affordable rate. I must say I am frequent buyera and Even they help very patiently in selecting tea. Bought green tea and it is really good compared to other tea available in Market.
