I have rented a hunter350 from them. The bike was in very good condition, their service is very good and rate is comparitively less. They have provided me with a spare set of breakpads if incase i needed. Mr. Nazim was checking with me frequently if everything was good. Best part is they will deliver the bike to my hotel and I was able to return it at hotel. They are not even asking for any security deposit and all they asked was a foto of my DL. Highly recommended for thise who are planning to rent bikes in Guwahati.

So recently I rent one Himalayan 450 fro. Ahija for 2 days for Rs. 1600 per day. The process of renting is very smooth. Their people came to pick me and gave the bike. They also let me use their bathroom to get freshen up as I was traveling the whole night in bus. The process of submitting bike is also very easy and the same guy came to Zoo Tiniali and took the bike. As I was late for my bus they dropped me till Khanapara bus stand. Deserving 5☆. Best of luck.

Reliable rental agency. Delivered 6 bikes on time as promised. They came the extra mile to deliver them at our hotel in Guwahati. Two of the bikes were brand new ones. Small issues came up typical on a road trip which we sorted and they duly paid it back without a question. Will be availing their services again next time too when we visit Assam.

Rented a hynes 350 for 4 days, when we leave the city and stopped at police checkpoint, they told vehicle puc is expired and had to bribe him, and when we went back from trip.. Rental owner delayed that money for 1 week.. So make sure to check doc. Of vehicles.. my experience was terrible.. As i got of excuses..

The guy named Nasim is a total fraud. I did not want to write this review as once I got good vehicle and had no problems and the behaviour was also good. But the second time I got an Ntorq scooter in July 2024, the scooter was totally faulty and broke down on the same day. I wasted my time for repairing it and it cost me 1100 rupees. That was fine. The second day scooter had another trouble and failed to start at all. I gave up and left the scooter there itself.I had paid 1200 rent for both days. I did not even ask back the rent for the second day. But when I asked for the money which I had paid for repair with valid bill, Mr Nasim promised me to pay back 1100 rupees. Days went, weeks went, and even a year went. But he DID NOT return me the money. I had called multiple times and asked for it but he always promised for a later date. It has been almost 2 years but he has not returned those 1100 rupees. To me, the 1100 does not matter, what matters is the trust was completely broken. I am writing this after such a long time because there was no heed given to a customer’s trust in the company!!!
