Excursion wheels

I would like to share my experience with them. I paid both the rent and the security deposit, and at the time of vehicle pickup, all my payments were completely clear. Everything went smoothly during the rental period. However, the real struggle began at the time of vehicle drop-off. It seemed unclear whether they genuinely intended to return the security amount. They kept mentioning a large amount, rule and regulations regarding bank account and restrictions but delayed returning even a small portion and repeatedly ignored follow-ups. Initially,at the time time of drop off they assured me that the refund would be made online the next day. But after I returned to my hometown, from Guwahati, they completely changed their stance and claimed that they could only pay in cash, not online, at had never assured for online payment,They insisted they had cash available but refused any digital transfer. Even when I offered to pay the café transfer charges myself, and requested of transfer from cafe they did not agree. Their behavior changed noticeably after receiving the full payment. With no other option left, I had to travel back to Guwahati to collect my security deposit. Another surprising fact was that when I reached their office, they were not willing to face me directly. On top of that, they ended up paying me online instead of in cash. This made no sense at all, because earlier they had clearly stated that online payment was not possible. Ironically, the refund was made from the same account through which I had originally made the payment. Never gonna believe them again or book with them. Very unprofessional behaviour Its a reply to the owner against his reply I didn't get the security back in 48hrs it took 10 days that too when i reached your so called office which is actually a gym or what i dont know. If you want i can share the proof. I dropped the bike on 7january and got my security on 18 january when i reached your office

I booked a scooty and the vehicle was no doubt didn't look too good condition but it was a very well maintained engine comfortable to ride. And thanks to excursion as it had a very good hospitality.
