Visited there for buying my new bike..Very nice staff over there...Very responsive n quick buy options available..

The manager is lack of soft skills he must know how to interact with the customers after all he is the manager, with this attitude u wont get any customer so change ur attitude first. I recommend u guys go for six-mile KTM. The customer service, management everything is much better than this.

The dealer is bad, as I was also one of the customer, the people working out there is just a casualty to show the customer, the supply of the product is the worst and the most unthinkable part was when I went to take my bike after the repairing, some parts of my bike was taken and removed ,and the place were my bike was damaged was not renewed with a new one but instead the old on, so I guess they sold it to the other customer. To my own experience this Dealer is not suitable and their skills are not to the mark. I hope that the people from now onwards just don’t go to any dealer or else it will be same as this, get some information about the dealer before you go.

Very bad experience. Yesterday I visited there to check the duke 200 but no one responded when I entered. After 10 mins I asked them if I can see the bike, the two guys in the front desk were busy in phone. Me and my friend checked the bike ourselves. I asked for a test drive and the guy in the reception said they don't have test drive bikes but he asked me to book the bike. Bruh without a test drive why would I even book the bike. So later I decided to visit the six mile branch.

The manager lacks basic manners and etiquette. I bought a duke 390 from this showroom and telling from experience the behaviour of the staff is very poor. Would anyday suggest KTM 6 Mile. The staff is helpful and very positive.

Visited Chandmari Ktm today. Very much impressed with the courtesy given by Manager..... Well knowledged and suggested us the exact bike for us..... Also impressed with the cleanliness and interior of the showroom. All staff were very decent and well behaved. Overall a good experience I had

Chandmari ktm servicing is worst I experienced in my life, they don't have skilled technicians and never fixed my bike properly. I own 2015 RC390 and 2016 Duke200 and few other bikes of ther brands. Washing the bike is always due with them as they always find an excuse to not to wash the bike n delivers a dirty bike after servicing. And the showroom fat guy is so arrogant that he don't even attend potential customers and busy in his own chats over phone always. On Feb end I went to pay the booking amount for 2017 duke 390, which he asked rs30000, when I reached the showroom he was talking over phone to someone, I stood infront of him for long time as there was no chair to sit for visitors, but he never paid any attention.after finishing his call also he never welcomed n was busy in his computer, if this is the attitude towards customers how ktm can make a market in northeast? And ktm is a premium brand in india and showroom like ktm Chandmari is giving a bad name to it. So finally I booked my 2017 duke390 from other showroom in jaya nagar, which is recently open and they know how to treat there customers.

Service by the mechanics is too good as they are well trained about the ktm bikes and can detect all the Problems and fixes. The ktm dealership is nice worth freindly and they too host ktm stunts shows and ktm rides too places every year. The service centre is in the backside of dealer and is small and mostly crowded with ktm bikes. So you need to wait for long or sometimes a day you have to wait to get your bike work done. But all together great service .
