I had a great experience with them.Owner is well behaved,professional as well as friendly.Talking about the condition of the bike,I can only tell about my experience.I got myself a new Himalayan 450.Considering the fact that the bike is new but it is also a matter of consideration that these rented bikes usually get abused pretty well.I covered almost 450 km in the mountains with that bike without any hassle.That experience I encountered with a value of less than the market price.Moreover they provide a timely bike drop and pick up.I must say I enjoyed doing trip with them.Highly recommended.

Unsafe and low quality cars, have booked over 10 times only because im a regular here, most times faced some issue or the other (unclean/bad condition cars - last 3 times). Struggling to get refund from 3 days after a issue with the car. Owner's exploiting my good will, not answering calls, showing zero interest to resolve. Dont take cars from here.

Worst car rental agency ever. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the car was dirty and poorly maintained, and hidden fees showed up out of nowhere. They clearly don’t care about customers once they have your money. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting time, money, and patience.

Unresponsive owner, cars of bad quality. Can't explain the trouble I'm going through for past 3 days to get a petty & genuine refund. No solution yet.

This is the worst I have even seen. We really dont know who the owner is but the person with whom we interacted was very well spoken and kept us misguiding as we submitted 6k caution money and after 1month of returning the bike, he still did not refunded our deposit. Started ignoring our calls and texts! Dont know if we would be able to get our deposit! Worst service ever! Please dont use their service or trust them. They will never give your money back!

Rent and Ride is a bike rental service located 13 km away from Guwahati Railway Station. I booked a scooty for my Meghalaya trip for a week, and they provided me with a new model TVS Ntorq edition along with a helmet. The owner was also very user-friendly. The scooty was in excellent condition and well-maintained. I rode on almost all types of roads, and the scooty performed well. With this scooty, I was able to cover nearly 1100 km. While it's a bit far from the main city area, they offer 24/7 rental services, allowing you to rent in or out at any time. They charged 500 per day. If you need a mobile holder for the scooty, be sure to inform them in advance.
