Had a positive experience at Silver sports! Their selection of cricket accessories is second to none, offering top-quality gear from leading brands at incredibly competitive prices. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing expert advice and assistance in finding the perfect equipment for my needs. Just hoping the owner will be more attentive to customers in future. Overall, I highly recommend Silver Sports for anyone in need of cricket gear – they've certainly earned a loyal customer in me!

Very disappointing experience today. Had personally given my tennis racquet for gutting at 1030 H and the owner confirmed that it will be ready by 1600 H. But when I went to collect my racquet it wasn't ready and I was told that the lenght of the selected string wasn't sufficient. The owner wasted my efforts for the day, had no respect for my time. He could have just informed me when I was in their store or called me(I had called the owner in the morning). They have no regard for customer's time and effort. Very poor show.

I have been to lots of sports shops in guwahati but, the day I visited here for the first time that day was my last day for other sports shops to visit. The owner is very active, staffs are also knowledgeable, very quick in working. Best thing is that you cannot get more economical anywhere else. If you are an sports enthusiasts do visit this store.

Can I get my racquet string gutted in this store

Silver sports Is a well known established sports store in the heart of panbazar, Guwahati. Various varieties of item are displayed and showcased here but I think the little too high and hyped but the owner also gives discount.

Yesterday I went to buy a cricket bat. As there are no good bat that i like on the shop itself, the manager said to come on Monday, but i told him that i don't have time. So he let me wait for his employees who are at their godown with some other customers. After 30 to 40 minutes, the came back to the shop and i waited again for around 10 minutes while they're busy with another customers. The manager finally told one employee to get to me, but the guy said,"Are you buying" I told him that i want to check first. (You know if you're buying cricket bat, you'll have to make sure that you are happy with the design, number of grains, balance, pick up, handle size, etc.) Then he said,"There are other customers here, so I have to attend to them". Then, I went to the manager and told him that i was leaving. After that, I went to DP Enterprise , their customer care is pretty amazing. I found a bat i like and bought it. I'm posting this so that Silver Sports can learn something. I bought the ball in the picture from them, though.

Overpriced products... Specially the unbranded once.. Response from the owner is also not professional. Attitude is very negative. I was searching for a Bat, a trophy and few medals. Luckily I found another store just opposite to this store. I request everyone to check them too coz it is not available in Google maps. The price is legal and every product has price printed on it which is very transparent.

All kind of sport item are available their at a very reasonable price. Support staff behaviour is good
