Hafele Appliances Training cum Service Center

If I had option to give negative marking I would have given it for the service of the hafele. We were facing issues with burner. So in the month of January, they have ordered the burner. Took the money for it.. still they haven't replaced one of the burner yet.. and added to it within 6 months of time one of the replaced burner is having issues. They don't keep the parts with them.. and it's difficult for us to do the cooking with one burner. their after waranty service isn't good. I can say it's the worst.. we need call every damn time to remind them about it.

These people are the worst. When it is paid servicing they always have technicians available. However, when they have to give service under warranty they will never turn up. I have calling them repeatedly but very poor response. My burner needs replacement, it's been 15 days but they are not taking it seriously since it's under warranty
