We travelled through Meghalaya and Assam for 10 days. Rajesh is an excellent driver and he guided throughout the trip. He planned our days very well, made sure we visited all the key places at the right times, and suggested some fantastic local restaurants. He also helped us with hotel arrangements whenever needed. We took the cab for 7 days , Went to Wari Chora and Cherrapunji in Meghalaya. Their services were great right from optimizing and planning my itinerary and providing guidance, The driver Binod was extremely careful and supportive right from picking us from the airport until leaving us back. It was a comfortable journey.

We recently availed the taxi services from Cabinnortheast and the overall experience was quite good. Mr. Gopal was very professional and proactively answered all our queries, right from the time of enquiry. We hired an Innova Crysta for our 9 day trip. The vehicle was neat and clean and in a very good condition. The driver assigned to us, Mr. Jogesh Das, was very professional and was an expert in navigating the challenging roads during our trip. He was also very punctual and displayed professional behavior during the entire journey. Additionally, his knowledge of local routes and sightseeing spots helped us a lot. I would also like to appreciate that the quoted prices and inclusions/exclusions were clear right from start and we faced no discrepancies with them later on during our trip. The payment schedule was also quite structured. In a nutshell, we had a great experience availing cab service from Cabinnortheast and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and professional cab services.

Disappointing experience with the vehicle provided for our recent trip to North East India. Vehicle No- AS01NC8805, an Ertiga, charged Rs 5000/- per day. The service was money-minded, with excessive charges and a vehicle that was not in good condition. To top it all, the driver was also very money-demanding. Not recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable travel experience. Alternative suggestion: Book a vehicle in Shillong, where you can get a better deal for Rs 3000/- per day with a polite driver. Honest opinion: North East India has limited attractions worth seeing, mainly Kaziranga and Arunachal. The waterfalls and lakes are not impressive compared to what's available in nearby villages. We took cab service for 13 days across Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal and our experience was really good, driver was very friendly and well aware of roads and good restaurants in all areas. Gopal also helped us with stays and better routes suggestions. Overall a fantastic experience.

We are Sr. Citizen couple desired to visit tourists places across Guwahati, Shillong, Cherrapunji, Kaziranga, Tawang and Bom Di La Pass 9China Border). I searched the network and came across handful of Taxi operators across unknown to me. I dialled a no. and talked toa seemingly local person .He replied very formally and without any concerns. and quoted a price for Innova which we desired. I again searched another no and talked to him for a competitive quotation for my itinerary and providing Innova vehicle. He sent me one saying it was for Dezire Car which I refused. I got a higher quotation for Innova.He replied for the inclusions and the exclusions in the quotation. I thought of verifying the reviews before settling with him. To my surprise all reviews were full of complaints and disappointments. On raising this issue with him he replied that he shall take care of the complaints and they have actually removed the troublesome drivers and on many occasions provided another car in leu of Innova . I again insisted him about first agreeing to providing Innova and later sending another vehicle as raised by many users. He sent me a photo of Innova with a Assam number and promised me the same would be sent to me.I thought of searching network again. This time I came across this Taxi Agency owned by Shri Gopal Upadhyay in Paltan Bazar Guwahati. I talked to him and asked for a quotation for Innova for our tour itinerary. He provided the same in sometime with most competitive price for Innova inclusive of drivers expense and Toll charges and Parking fees. It was really a very lowest price and I thought upon agreeing to him. Since We had 2 days time in Guwahati , I told him that we shall be insisting to visit him personally to see his set up. He agreed wholeheartedly and called us upon reaching Guwahati. We actually visited his office in Paltan bazar and was really existing with his set up. After discussing many things we inclined to trust him for his services but told him to provide only Innova and with a good driver behaviorally He readily agreed. We just paid him a token advance so as not to be duped for large sum. He then sent us phone no. of the driver who rang us and arrived at appointed time without fail. The driver is Shri Gopal Boro(35) who I must now admit that he is really an ace driver thoroughly acquainted with the region(entire NE). He is not only a driver but a very learned guide knowing english well as well as philosopher and also a care taker. He took us to our destinations and actually showed us more than our planned destinations which are really worth visiting and seeing being rare opportunity. He provided us with do's and don'ts at every locations and instructed us to visit certain shops for soveneirs and local delicacies also. Since we are vegans as we insisted he took us to only vegan restaurants and the best amongst the local restaurants.He didn't expect any tips but we voluntarily gave him upon completion of our tour. He instructed us thoroughly how to combat breathing troubles at altitudes of 16000 feet without mush efforts. Fortunately we didnt feel any smallest troubles and his guidance of walking and climbing with ease and taking rest when ever required helped us from time to time. A general piece of advice to others. Friends don't be afraid of breathing troubles. If at all you have existing troubles if any while climbing stairs or ramps then better take care otherwise simply don't worry and don't get panic by seeing so many frightening videos and reviews. Absolutely no fear if you dont have any history . Jagdish is very punctual and with etiquettes. And thoroughly well groomed driver. We completed our tour with ease and to our likes satisfactorily. I wish now both Gopalji the Proprietor and Jagdish our friend a very prosperous and happy time ahead taking their careers to peak with blessings and wealth. Thanks to Gopalji and Jagdishji.

While the support provided the company was great, the driver provided was really disappointing. Throughout the ride, he never talked and always gave blunt replies. Requests made to him met with aggressive stances like driving fast or driving too slow, which derailed the whole trip experience. I would request the company to consider the request to not assign this driver or maybe improve him.
