Wonderful overall experience! I've been using their cars for years now - everything was always very easy and fair price. Great customer service.

Very pathetic experience. Got a very dirty car delivery both inside out. Also asked to pay extra late fees of 200 per hour, which was not mentioned by the owner earlier before giving the delivery of the car. Also the fastag had no balance in it so i had to pay double in the toll plaza.

I often take self-drive cars from National Travels, Guwahati for my official trip. The staff are very polite and well-mannered. The cars are maintained properly and washed after every trip. Price is pocket-friendly as compared to other self-drive operators. I am highly satisfied with their services.
