I organized my sister’s wedding at Ambiance Banquet, and the experience was truly smooth and well managed. The banquet hall is spacious, clean, and well organized, making it a great choice for wedding functions. Guest movement, seating, and overall coordination were handled efficiently. A special mention to the Owner and Mr. Avinash Sharma Ji (Manager) for their constant support, professionalism, and hands-on involvement. They were approachable, cooperative, and ensured everything ran perfectly from start to finish. Their management and coordination made the entire event stress-free for our family. Overall, a reliable and well-maintained banquet venue in Guwahati. Highly recommended for weddings and important family events.

This was our second event at Ambiance Banquet Hall, and based on our earlier experience, I personally recommended this venue to my relative for his special occasion. While the hall itself is undeniably beautiful, spacious, and requires minimal decoration, the service standards during this event were extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Despite paying a premium price for both the venue and catering, basic professional etiquette was completely lacking. When guests pay for a high-end venue, their comfort and experience must always come first. It was genuinely embarrassing to have recommended this place, For the prices charged, the management must urgently improve staff training, professionalism, and supervision. I sincerely urge the owners to take this feedback seriously and protect the reputation of their prestigious venue.

Parking and accessibility were also hassle free, which made things convenient for all the guests. The management and staff were extremely professional, attentive, and well coordinated.
