Planned for a Meghalaya trip for 7 days. Saw this website on the net. Contacted them. Got a prompt reply. Told them our requirements. They came back with an itinerary which was satisfactory to my family. Anusheela and Manish went all out to give us the best that was available. Had a great driver cum guide, Robin, through out our trip. Came back rejuvenated and with great memories.

I recently completed a fantastic trip to Meghalaya arranged by Nexplore, and it exceeded all expectations. We went for Darjeeling- Sikkim - Assam- Meghalaya 11 days 12 nights trip which was organised and Managed by Nexplore. The kind of iternity which I was looking for was not readily available with any tour operator. The closest one which I found was with Nexplore. I spoke to Mr. Manash who customized the trip for us. When the trip started I was little sceptical as I was travelling with 4 senior citizens aged 68 to 71 yrs for a long tour with geographical and climatic challenges. However as the trip progress, all my fear and nervousness converted to joy and happiness. The first leg of the trip i.e. Darjeeling and Sikkim was handled by Tara Chettri ji. She handled every thing very smoothly, pick up from Bagdogra airport till drop to NJP railway station. All transport arrangements were arranged in advance and no need for me to follow up. Tara was always in constant touch for any issues. We have some last minute requests for her and she assisted us in arranging those on priority. Hotels choosen were very good and hygienic and spacious. Even Taraji came to meet us in gangtok with souvenirs. Thanks for the great gesture!!! The second half of the trip i.e. Assam and Meghalaya was taken care by Mr Manash who also curated the trip for us. Professionally very sound and a very genuine person , he smoothly managed everything. From elephant safari to Dawki trip everything was arranged very well without any hassle. Manash also came to visit us in Guwahati with souvenirs. He also arranged a very good hotel in Guwahati for us on a very reasonable price. The cabs provided by them were very neat and clean and special mention to the drives along the whole trip who were very professional and knowledgeable and were acting as tour guide as well. Special mention to driver Dipan Deka who was with us till he dropped us to guwahati Airport. Thanks Manash and whole team of Nexplore for giving us wonderful memories. Will be relying on you again for my next trip to NE in future. I will definitely recommend Nexplore to everyone for their north East trip.

I did a 10 day tour with my parents visiting Kaziranga, Tawang, Bumla Pass, Cherrapunji, Shillong, Dawki in our trip. It was a lovely experience for me and my family. Mr. Manash who was our point of contact from Nexplore is a very polite gentleman who made this awesome trip possible for us. He helped us design a custom itinerary suiting our schedule and booked excellent accommodations for all our night stays. Nexplore also added a personal human touch by gifting each of us a traditional 'Angocha'. The person who drove us throughout the trip, Mr. Ganesh, was also a very pleasant person to travel with. The overall experience with Nexplore was awesome and their rates are also very reasonable :)

We visit Meghalaya and Sikkim with Nexplore. They excellently managed everything so that we can visit most of the places. Our manager Manash and our driver Sharma was very helpful. Manash Ji was in touch with us on all 8 days of our tour. They arrange our permit very smoothly in Sikkim and inform us well in advance about the delay in Sikkim. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable trip with my family through the breathtaking states of Assam and Meghalaya, all thanks to the exceptional planning and coordination by Mr. Manas. From start to finish, the entire journey was seamless, well-organized, and filled with memorable experiences.The itinerary was perfectly balanced, giving us a taste of nature, culture, and adventure. I highly recommend Mr. Manas to anyone planning a trip to Northeast India. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made our trip not just enjoyable, but truly exceptional.

Overall, we had a pleasant and well-organized trip planned by Nexplore, which we believe is a promising and upcoming venture in the travel space. We truly enjoyed exploring Assam and Meghalaya, and the experiences curated for us were memorable. We would like to extend our special thanks to Anushila, the representative from Nexplore, for her consistent involvement and support throughout the planning and execution of the trip. That said, we would like to share a few suggestions for improvement: • It would be beneficial for drivers associated with Nexplore to be trained in basic English communication, as it plays a key role in enhancing the travel experience for non-native speakers. • Strict instructions should be given to drivers to refrain from using mobile phones while driving, as safety must always be a priority. • Last-minute changes to the itinerary caused some inconvenience. A more stable and well-communicated schedule would help avoid such disruptions. • The visit to Umananda Temple turned out to be a time-consuming activity, which unfortunately led us to miss out on the Shankar Dev Kalakhetra. A better evaluation of the time required for each spot could improve the overall experience. • We missed the Sunset Cruise due to a lack of prior information regarding the need for online booking. Timely communication from the team would have helped us secure the tickets in advance. While the Sundown Cruise was a good alternative, we were particularly looking forward to the original plan. • Those preparing the itinerary should be more aware of the operational days of key attractions. For example, Ward’s Lake is closed on Tuesdays, which we were not informed about. This oversight led to another missed experience and was a bit of a disappointment in the itinerary planning. Despite these concerns, we appreciate the effort put into making this trip enjoyable. With a few improvements, we believe Nexplore can deliver an even more seamless and satisfying travel experience. We look forward to choosing your services again in the future.
