JaoBol Bike Rentals City Office

JaoBol has won me over. I rented 125cc pulsar for a 5 days trip to Meghalaya and the bike didn't disappoint even for a mile. Easy pick ups and drop offs with wide assortment of vehicles, I cannot thank them enough for an unforgettable trip.

I Booked a Royal Enfield Himalyan for 5 days and I was very happy with the bike as it was in an amazing condition and I had no issue with the bike during my entire trip. Bhargav the person I was in touch with is very good as he was available at all times to solve any of my queries. This place is on the main road so its easily located and around 45 mins for Guwahati Airport.

The person that gave us the scooter was very unprofessional, he called us at a different location the day we booked the bike and the other day when we went to pick up the scooter after reaching the aforesaid place he told us that he is not in the office and that we should come pick up the vehicle from his home which was more than 25 kilometres. I had and exam which was an emergency and because of this person we had to pay a lot of extra money to get to his house via uber. After reaching he didn't even apologize and straight away said that he cannot make any amends for what has been done. Again then when I paid him the rent of the vehicle he did not have change ready with him and had to take the change the next day while dropping off the vehicle. It's a zero star rating for this vehicle also which has no mirrors and also a foot peg missing. Never again going to take anything from them nor do I recommend anyone to take vehicles from them.

We rented two bikes, they were in the best conditions and we got them for the best price.

These guys really know how to conduct business. I must say they are very reliable. Reason being i hired a himalayan from them and after few kms the rear brake failed so I has to call of my trip i went to them to return the bike. Even without checking they reimbursed the money I had paid. BUT more important part of this scenario was that the owner apologised for my trip being ruined. I really wish more people in the business like them.

Took a bike to Shillong, one of the bikes broke down on the way. But the way they managed to replace the bike at around 10 in the night in Ghy Shillong road, it was commendable. The owner is a great guy. Will definitely suggest Jaobol.

JaoBol is frod company ...only provide bike ,not any type of services provide ...I rent bike from there 15 to 19 September,18 . But 16 morning ,bike has not working ..when I told the owner ,he said this problem,he can't came and bleme me ... he said ,u carry the bike in Shillong and take your refund.When I wants my refund ,he denied.. ..they are frod company and bike also not genuine ....so pls request every biker . .don't take bike from there.
