Indane - Capital Gas Agency

Worst service, they are delivering the cylinder after 1 month placing the order. And we get message the cylinder is delivered. Am doubtful that they are selling our cylinder in black . And repeatedly am getting leak cylinder.

This is the worst gas agency in Guwahati. Every month the delivery is delayed even after booking the cylinder on time. They change the delivery guy every time. Delivery guy doesn't receive the phone or keeps saying "will deliver today". The office phone numbers do not work, the mobile number doesn't have incoming facility, landline says "not registered", if by chance the numbers work they don't receive the call, if rarely they receive the call they say will deliver today itself and then again disappear. In Google, the phone number displayed belongs to someone else who's left this gas agency long time ago. Every month I have to leave my work someday to go to their office to complain, but there also they behave as if they are doing us a favour. I feel so bad seeing senior citizens in their office complaining about pathetic service. My mom is a senior citizen, she get tired calling the delivery guy or the office, no one responds. Every month within days after booking, we get sms that the cylinder is delivered whereas no cylinder is delivered. I am sure, they sell our cylinders to somewhere else in black, and when they have extra cylinder, they deliver to us. Because every month there can't be same problem. INDANE & local authorities should take strict action against them, if required cancel their license. I also know, as a response to this review, they have a fixed template which will be copy pasted, only thing changes is the name of the person. I know, no genuine response I will get for this complaint, but I am sick of Capital Gas Agency and would like citizens to know about it. I don't recommend their gas agency at all.

Very very very dirty services given to every customer. I will repeat again-verily i said again and again, behold the poor men services given to every customer by LATE DELIVERY 🚚 AFTER ONE MONTH, latest by 2 weeks.Oh ,so sorry to call them , again,kali delivery hoijabo , what ever they said turns into a big lie.Some of their issues was , unavailable of auto for delivery.

Its a serious concern regarding the extremely poor and unacceptable service provided by this gas agency (M/S Capital Gas Agency). The experience over the past few months has been consistently disappointing, and I believe its time that Indian oil(indane) take immediate corrective action. Every month, I face the same issue of delayed delivery, with waiting times extending. Despite booking the gas cylinder on time, I often receive a message that the cylinder will been delivered — but in reality, no delivery is made. I have strong reasons to believe that my booked and paid cylinders are being diverted and sold elsewhere, especially by the delivery boy, whose actions have damaged the reputation of Indane. His dishonest practices are causing severe inconvenience to genuine customers like me. Additionally, the agency's communication system is completely broken. The landline is always out of order and the delivery boy’s mobile number is either switched off or out of range. This kind of negligence, lack of accountability, and poor service is not only frustrating but also reflects very poorly on the standards of your agency and the Indane network as a whole. It is mentally exhausting to follow up again and again just to receive a basic service that we have paid for.

Horrible service. I had to shift to this branch from Lachit Nagar because of some location issue. The first two deliveries were late. Thereafter all 3 phone numbers are not reachable (including landline). Even the GPay route of booking gas is under maintenance so unable to even book a new cylinder now

The most pathetic service provider. They don't know the meaning of service. You have to call them repeatedly to deliver the cylinder and they always have to say that there is shortage of cylinders. you don't receive the cylinder even after 20 days of booking and they don't bother to respond. on top of that you get a message from Indane that your cylinder is delivered which never happened.

The service is the worst. The don't do timely deliveries and they deliver my booked gas to someone else and I have to book again and do rigorous followup with them. Their landline number is always temporarily out of order and the delivery person number is out of range. The complain centre number always repeats that the line is congested. I have been trying from last 10 days and can't reach them in any form. HOPELESS SERVICE
