Muddie Trails North East

I travelled to Arunachal Pradesh with Muddietrails on December 27, 2025. This was my first long trip with them, although I had previously taken weekend trips. The experience was exceptional, and I enjoyed every moment. I extend my gratitude to trip captain SriKanta for his constant assistance and smiling demeanor. Operations manager Arpit was also very helpful, providing support from trip booking to itinerary planning. The trip was perfectly planned, and we got to explore some amazing spots. The group vibes were great, and everyone made some fantastic memories. Can't wait for the next adventure with Muddietrails!

I have successfully completed my Tawang trip with Muddie Trails, and it was a wonderful experience. All the places mentioned in the itinerary were covered as promised. The trip guide, Mr. Karthik and the trip organizer Mr Arpit were extremely helpful from day one and took great care of everyone throughout the journey. I felt very safe during the entire trip, which meant a lot to me. The overall experience was amazing, and the fellow travelers in the group were equally wonderful. I truly enjoyed every moment of the trip. Thank you, Muddie Trails, for making this such a memorable and enjoyable experience😊.

I was part of Kaziranga + Tawang Dec 2025 trip. Overall it was fun filled and joyful. Trip captain Srikantha was excellent. Some important points: 1. The trip itinary could have been better. Day 2's Bomdila should have been completely skipped, instead direct Kaziranga -> Dirang. One extra day in Tawang was 100% necessary, if we had one extra day in Tawang we could have explored a lot more there. 2. We missed seeing Tawang gate, which was near Sula's Paradise Lake. A lot lot lot more time could have been spent here. You had to know that, this was the best place in the entire trip. 3. The whatsapp tour group should have been opened way before, so that people can co-ordinate on various things - like: what gadets to bring, winter clothing, air tickets. Minor point: Since majority of the trip consists of travelling by road, a more comfortable vehicle would have been better. Ideally this trip is a 3/5. But, rating is 4/5 solely because of the people and trip captain.

Third time with Muddie Trails. This time for Hornbill Festival, and Shirky being an amazing captain made it unforgettable. Every moment was a joy, and the trails of Dzukou were absolutely mesmerising.

I went on the kaziranga + tawang trip with muddie trails and had the best experience! The travel and stays were extremely good - particularly the curtains to protect against the sun and the hospitality and warmth of the homestays. The itinerary was well planned and all places were covered at leisure. The travel lead, Srikanth, was very supportive and kept the morale of the group high by planning games/activities. I met some of the best people on this trip, so I definitely recommend to give this a try!

Great trip organisers! Highly RECOMMENDED I have been to Meghalaya backpacking trek with Muddie trails and all I have to say is Thank you so much for this beautiful trip … I have made such amazing, beautiful and unforgettable memories and I literally experienced paradise on earth ! 🌍 ❤️ Appreciate how you guys have properly planned this itinerary, stay accommodation, commutation , experienced drivers and trek leads too ! I look forward to join some of your other backpacking trips as well !!

This was my second trip with Muddie trials and my first ever trip to North east. They have a really good itinerary planned compared to any other travel agency. The trek guide Eleazer has been a gem of a person from day 1. Keeping the group active and motivated throughout the trip and trek is something Eli has done effortlessly. The accommodation were also neat and clean at all the places. Visiting Meghalaya has been a beautiful experience and special thanks to Muddie trials for giving us this experience. Highly recommend their trips from Bangalore as well.

I went on a 7 day trip to kaziranga and arunachal pradesh with muddie trails. This was my first trip with them and it was an amazing experience. The itinerary was planned thoroughly. Huge shutout to our team captain srikant for managing the trip efficiently!!
